What we do

Customer outreach and tele-calling — that's the job

No hidden second role, no side scheme. Our members call assigned leads on behalf of the organisations we work with, and everything they do is recorded and reviewed.

Customer outreach

Our teams call people from lists assigned to them, explain what they've been briefed to explain, and answer questions clearly.

Lead engagement

Interest rarely lands on the first call. Associates follow up when a follow-up is wanted, and log the outcome either way.

Supervision that's real

Every associate has a Team Leader who reviews their work daily. Team Leaders answer to Moderators. Nothing runs unwatched.

Transparent tracking

Attendance, calls and outcomes are recorded in the team portal. You see the same numbers your Team Leader sees.

How it works

A day on the team

The same five steps every working day. No surprises, no moving targets.

  1. Mark attendance

Attendance for the day opens at midnight and closes at 10:00 AM. Mark it in the team portal any time in that window. If you can't work a day, tell your Team Leader in advance.

  2. Leads are assigned

A set of leads is assigned to you for the day. Everyone works their own list — no one competes for the same contacts.

  3. Call and follow up

Work through your list. Introduce yourself clearly, answer questions honestly and schedule follow-ups where they're wanted.

  4. Log the outcome

Record what happened on every call. The notes are how your Team Leader helps you and how your work gets counted.

  5. Performance is tracked

Your numbers update in the portal as you go. You and your Team Leader see the same figures — nothing is hidden from you.

What you get

The practical terms, up front

No small print revealed later. This is what the role actually comes with.

Nothing to buy. Nothing to sell.

No joining fee, no deposit, no kit to purchase, and nothing you have to sell to friends or family. If anyone asks you for money, they are not acting for us.

Flexible hours

Your shift is agreed with your Team Leader and can be changed if your circumstances change. Around six hours a day is typical. Sunday is the weekly off by default.

Training before you start

New joiners go through a short training programme — usually three to four days — covering the process, the portal and how to handle a call, before taking live ones.

Weekly or monthly payouts

You choose how often you withdraw what you have earned — weekly or monthly. The amount is whatever your verified work came to; the timing is up to you.

Promotion and growth

Consistent performance and good conduct are what get you considered for Team Leader. It is a decision rather than an entitlement, and you are told what the next level expects.

Just a smartphone

A working smartphone and a stable connection are enough — no laptop or computer required, and no equipment to buy.

Roles

Who does what

Each role has a stated responsibility, so you always know who you report to and what is expected of you.

Associate (Caller)

The core of the team. Works the leads assigned to them and keeps every conversation honest and on record.

Team Leader

Guides a small group of associates day to day and is answerable for how that team behaves.

Timings & attendance

Flexible hours, honest attendance

Your shift is yours to agree — and to change if life changes. The one fixed thing is marking attendance, so your team knows who is on.

  • Attendance for the day opens at midnight — mark it any time before 10:00 AM.
  • Need different hours? Agree them with your Team Leader — they can be changed.
  • Attendance affects your incentives because incentives follow work done.
  • Your attendance record is visible to you, not just to your Team Leader.

Growth & recognition

A path you can actually see

Moving up is based on consistency, quality of work and conduct — not on how long you've been here, and not on who you know.

  1. Step 1

    Associate

Where everyone starts. Learn the process, build a calling rhythm and get comfortable with the portal.

  2. Step 2

    Team Leader

Considered for associates who are consistent, follow the code of conduct and already help the people around them.

  3. Step 3

    Moderator

Considered for Team Leaders who run steady teams over a long period and handle escalations well.

Monthly top performers

Each month the strongest performers across teams are named and recognised.

Leaderboards in the portal

Team and individual standings are visible in the team portal, so you always know where you stand.

First in line for Team Leader

The people considered for a Team Leader role are the ones already supporting others well.

To be clear: a promotion is a decision, not an entitlement. We tell you what's expected at the next level and give you honest feedback on where you are — but we won't promise a role we can't hand out.

Before you join

An honest look at what to expect

Read this properly. It's better to decide the work isn't for you now than three weeks in.

  • This is tele-calling. You will speak to a lot of people and hear “no” often — that is normal, not a sign you're doing badly.
  • There is no fixed salary. Earnings are incentives on verified work, so they vary from month to month.
  • You need a working smartphone, a stable internet connection and a reasonably quiet place to call from.
  • Hours are flexible and agreed with your Team Leader, but attendance is recorded every day. Consistency matters more here than any single good day.
  • Expect the first few weeks to be training and finding a rhythm. Results build up over time.
  • There is nothing to buy and nothing to sell. No joining fee, no deposit, no kit, and nothing you have to push on friends or family. If anyone asks you for money, report it.
  • Everything is logged in the team portal. Your numbers are visible to you and to your Team Leader — the same figures for both.
FAQ

The questions people actually ask

Is there a fixed salary?

No. There is no fixed salary and we don't promise one. Earnings are performance-based incentives paid on verified work, so what you earn depends on what you do in a given month.

Do I have to pay anything, or sell anything?

No to both. There is no joining fee, no deposit and no kit to buy — and there is nothing you have to sell to friends or family. Nobody at Milestone Wala is permitted to ask you for money at any point. If someone does, report it to us straight away.

What does the work actually involve?

Customer outreach and tele-calling. You are given a list of leads, you call them, explain what you've been briefed to explain, answer questions, follow up where it's wanted, and log the outcome.

What are the working hours?

Hours are flexible. You agree your shift with your Team Leader — around 6 hours a day is typical — and it can be changed later if your circumstances change. The fixed part is attendance: it opens at midnight for that day and closes at 10:00 AM.

How often am I paid?

You choose — weekly or monthly. The timing of your withdrawal is up to you; the amount is whatever your verified work came to for that period.

Is there any training?

Yes. New joiners go through a short training programme — usually three to four days — covering the process, the portal and how to handle a call, before taking live ones.

Questions, or something that isn't right?

Start with your Team Leader — most things are settled there. If it isn't resolved, or the problem is with your Team Leader, there is a documented route above them, and every member is shown how to use it when they join.
